Allium by Mark Ellis

I went to Chester to visit a friend. This is really a place far away from where I live.

I discovered this place from Vinclo. And I wanted to go.
For me it was a very perfect exploring!

First of all, if will mention about the atmosphere, it's very classy. I liked it a lot.

Sometimes in places with high levels, the environment can be cool even if the staff are good.
But here the personnel are very concerned and polite. Really nice place.

After that, the food was amazing! The presentation of the meal was good.
At the same time the tastes were like a feast.
The dishes were very carefully prepared. Fresh materials compatible with each other were selected.
Also the drinks are very nice.
Food and drinks complement each other.

I think I'll come here once again.

I and my friend recently went to Allium by Mark Ellis for the first time. A bit away from stress, our aim was to spend time we enjoyed. And Allium was a very good choice for us. Firstly the place was really nice. Especially it has a very peaceful garden. It is an indispensable place in sunny weather. The atmosphere in the interior was very pretty.
Apart from these, the menus were quite varied. You had difficulty making decisions. The ingredients used in the dishes were very fresh. And it is very obvious that they pay attention to the visuals in the food service. Unfortunately, we forgot to take a photo.
Quality wines like everything else around all this good dishes made it a great pleasure to us.
I was wondering if I thought it was the only one. But my friend agrees with me. I do not know why I have not discovered this place before. When I come back to Cheshire I will definitely come back to Allium.
