Daily Cleaning Checklist
- Toilets and bathrooms should be cleaned at least 3 times a day.

- The floors need to be mopped at least twice a day. If possible, it will be a good decision to do a mop after each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
- After each servicing of the customer, the table and chairs need to be cleaned.

- Check the outgoing pipes of the kitchen and carry out the required cleaning procedures.
- Clean the sinks and taps.
- Clean the stairs.
- Try to clean the dishes with a dishwasher.
- The dust of the decorative items must be taken.
- All shelves in the kitchen need to be erased.
- The ovens must be cleaned daily.
- The entrance to the restaurant needs to be cleaned.
- All pans and pots need to be cleaned.
- Kitchen floors have to be mopped with an oil degreasing mat.
- Kitchen counter needs to be sterilized every day.
- Tools and equipment in the kitchen must be cleaned every day.
Weekly Cleaning Checklist
- The restaurant’s doors, windows, and walls must be cleaned and disinfected.
- The ventilation duct needs to be cleaned.
- All kitchens need to be cleaned and disinfected with degreasing agents, including places and walls.
- Clean the coffee machines.
- Clean the hood.
- Disinfect the refrigerators.
Monthly Cleaning Checklist
- Check and clean the cobwebs and similar things (including the ceiling).
- Clean the kitchen cabinets thoroughly.
- Deeply Clean the walls, doors, and windows.
- Deeply clean the ventilation ducts.
